TOPIC 1

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the products, the qualities and sales prices of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the www.hekimsport.com website belonging to the SELLER.

3. GENERAL PROVISIONS

3.1. BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she has read and is informed about the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions and right of withdrawal of the contractual products on the website www.hekimsport.com and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
3.2. SELLER agrees to deliver the product subject to the contract intact, complete and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order.
3.3. The product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within the legal period of 30 days at the latest. This period may be extended in case of force majeure.
3.4. If the BUYER is not at his address during the delivery of the product, the SELLER will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation fully and completely.
3.5. In order for the product to be delivered, this contract must be approved electronically by the BUYER and the price must be paid in full using the payment method preferred by the BUYER.
3.6. If the SELLER cannot deliver the product on time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing transportation, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may cancel the order, request replacement with a similar product or request postponement of the delivery period.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

4.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
4.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the SELLER within this period and the product must be unused and its packaging must not be damaged.
4.3. Delivery costs of the product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal belong to the BUYER, but in case of defective products, these costs are covered by the SELLER.
4.4. Applications made after the right of withdrawal period has expired will not be accepted.
4.5. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons (opened, used sports nutrition and food supplements).

5. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

5.1. The product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER during the order, via the cargo company.
5.2. Shipping costs are stated separately on the order screen and will be covered by the BUYER unless otherwise stated.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6.1. In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Commerce, and Consumer Courts are authorized for amounts above this value.
6.2. The Agreement is subject to Turkish Law.

7. ENFORCEMENT

The BUYER declares that he/she accepts and approves all the terms of this contract by making a payment for the purchase made through the www.hekimsport.com website. The contract enters into force on the date it is approved electronically.
